Cspot Global is a locally owned digital entertainment company in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company is run completely digitally providing services such as marketing, music distribution, management, outsourced services, and consulting to those in the music industry as well as in the film industry. The owners are Frank Wade and Emilee Wade. Frank has been in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. He has worked with a variety of independent and mainstream artists, as well as film directors, and writers.

Cspot Global was founded in the year 2000 in Warren, Ohio as an entertainment event company. In 2004 the company relocated to Kansas City as Trillion Dollar Entertainment INC. In 2012 the company partnered with others to create the Frank Wade 23 music group LLC. In 2018 when the digital age came upon us, in order to move into the future, the company decided to base itself around a digital service company in the entertainment industry, it is now called Cspot Global LLC.
