Power NV97.5 Viva Las Vegas is proud to announce the appointment of Joe “The Enforcer” Mason as its new Vice President of Promotions and Marketing. A respected radio promoter and music executive with decades of industry experience, Mason brings a proven track record of leadership, talent development, and strategic growth to the Vegas airwaves.
Born and raised in Chicago, Mason was inspired by his father, entertainment promoter Herman Mason, a close friend of blues legend B.B. King. His career gained momentum after a chance meeting with Fuller Gordy of Motown Records, leading to work with icons including Billy Preston, Syreeta Wright, and DeBarge.
Nicknamed “The Enforcer” for his relentless work ethic, Mason served as Promotional Director for WCE Records in partnership with Sony, championing artists such as Malina Moye. As founder of Never Stop Entertainment, Mason continues to discover and promote emerging talent while working with legendary artists including Eddie Levert, Eric Nolan of The O’Jays, Omar Wilson, Arika Kane, Lenny Williams, Kenny Lattimore, Shirley Murdock, Babyface, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Tamika Scott, Maxwell, and award-winning gospel artist Marvin Dexter Moore. He was also a recent guest panelist for Fleet DJs in Atlanta, Georgia.
Expanding his impact beyond radio and records, Mason has also taken on the role of Music Consultant for Paragon Films, bringing his expertise to cinematic soundtracks and music supervision. In addition to his new role at Power NV97.5 Viva Las Vegas, Mason serves as Vice President of BSE Recording (Connecticut), Business Manager for E Jones Show and The Reewind Network and was honored as 2026 Promotion Person of the Year by Soul Café Radio, receiving the prestigious Crown of Legacy Award by Radio Connect. With a career built on faith, hustle, and a “never stop” mentality, Joe “The Enforcer” Mason’s appointment signals an exciting new chapter for Power NV97.5 Viva Las Vegas strengthening its operations while continuing to elevate culture, music, and community.
